Assignment - Headers, Footers & More Graphics

Directions

In this assignment, you will be asked to practice some of the skills you learned in the Headers, Footers and More Graphics reading. I encourage you to thoroughly read the assigned reading prior to attempting this assignment. Once you have read the assigned reading, please complete the following steps:

1. Open the PowerPoint file you submitted for the previous assignment; you will use this file and add to it for the current assignment
2. On slide 6, add a section slide titled OSUIT President's Cabinet
3. On slide 7, insert some smart art in order to build a hierarchy
4. Build a smart art hierarchy figure using the actual OSUIT president's cabinet: https://osuit.edu/president/cabinet.php Links to an external site.
5. It does not matter if you create an accurate hierarchy; just use the smart art to give it your best try
6. Add the day and time to the footer
7. Add slide numbers to your slides
8. Save the file as a PDF instead of a PPTX
9. Submit the file below

How it is Graded

You will earn the full 15 points if you turn the assignment in by 11:59 PM on the due date, and if your submission contains all of the required components of the assignment. I will take off 3 points for each missing piece of the assignment:

• Section slide with correct title
• Smart art of OSUIT president's cabinet
• Day and time footer
• Page numbers
• Correctly saved as PDF

Additionally, I will take off 10% (1.5 points) for each day the assignment is late.
